CONDITIONS
OF SALE: Prices subject to change. F.O.B. Woodinville, WA. Terms net 30
days on approved Credit, all others COD or Prepaid. Overdue
accounts charged 1.5% a month. All sales are subject to
applicable taxes. Merchants who fail to file a resale
certificate
will be charged appropriate state sales taxes. No merchandise
is
to be returned without the express, written approval of SpringStar
Inc. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking charge
plus
shipping costs if applicable.

nursery distributors. Chances are that your regular
distributor
carries some or all of our products, and can easily order anything not
in stock. We can assist you in identifying or locating a
